The Role
We’re looking for a Network Support Specialist (L2) who thrives in solving complex networking challenges. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting networks in a multi-vendor environment.
You will work closely with customers, project managers, and service engineers to ensure smooth operations while implementing security policies, configuration changes, and corrective actions when needed.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network components in multi-vendor setups
- Monitor and maintain network performance & security
- Perform configuration changes and emergency corrective actions
- Collaborate with teams to execute routine network changes
- Provide user support for network-related issues ensuring customer satisfaction
- Participate in change reviews and document processes
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Networking
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting, switching, and routing
- CCNP certification (or equivalent knowledge)
- Working knowledge of Network Security & WAN
- Familiarity with ITIL practices
- Bachelor’s Degree (Regular)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of BGP & SDN (Cisco ACI)
- Experience with Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, NSX
- Exposure to Ansible automation
