About the Role:
JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Client Data Analyst to join its Commercial & Investment Banking Operations team in Bengaluru. In this role, you’ll ensure the accuracy and completeness of client data (KYC/AML), enhance onboarding efficiency, and drive operational excellence through strong analytical, digital, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team, providing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate client data collection and verification.
- Support client onboarding and AML/KYC compliance requirements.
- Resolve internal and external service issues promptly and effectively.
- Lead process improvements to optimize efficiency and risk control.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class service experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with banking products and operational processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for process enhancement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in AML, KYC, Fraud, Compliance, or Operational Risk.
- Proven record of leading high-performing teams.
