About the Role
J.P. Morgan is seeking an Associate – Proposals (Workplace Solutions, RFP) to join our Asset & Wealth Management team in Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will develop and manage high-quality RFPs, pitch decks, and sales collateral that drive client engagement and strengthen business relationships. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver impactful presentations and proposals that align with brand, compliance, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and writing of RFPs and sales proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain and update the RFP library, ensuring documents are accurate, accessible, and current.
- Leverage AI-driven proposal management tools to streamline submission processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create impactful presentations and pitchbooks that highlight J.P. Morgan’s solutions.
- Build and manage a repository of sales enablement materials including case studies, templates, and product information.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, client services) to gather insights for effective proposal development.
- Continuously optimize the proposal process by implementing best practices and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in RFP/proposal writing within financial services or technology.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with proposal management software preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with cross-team collaboration.
