About the Role
As a Data Operations Analyst, you will analyze, interpret, and optimize data processes that support global trading operations. You will help design metrics, develop automation solutions, support trade execution, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless operational flow. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about financial markets, data analytics, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support trade orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Understand market products and trading instruments to optimize deal workflows.
- Use automation technologies to improve trade processing, settlements, P&L, and confirmations.
- Participate in change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.
- Support dashboard and reporting development for operational insights.
Required Qualifications
- Baseline knowledge of trading services, order execution, and trade settlement.
- Experience applying automation technologies within trading or operations environments.
- Strong analytical skills with developing technical and data literacy.
- Proactive in managing change and working cross-functionally.
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship-building abilities.

- Comprehensive understanding of financial markets and trading processes.
- Experience in finance industry operations, risk monitoring, and trade processing.
