About the Role
As a Compliance and Ops Risk Test Specialist in our Testing Center of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening JPMorgan Chase’s compliance and operational risk environment. You will ensure the integrity of testing processes, assess control effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute testing processes with exceptional accuracy and within defined timelines.
- Assess and verify control environments, identify gaps, and evaluate control effectiveness.
- Apply structured analytical thinking to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Improve existing testing methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge or hands-on experience in compliance or risk testing processes.
- Ability to evaluate control environments and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with a systematic approach to comparing and evaluating information.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
