About the Role
As a Client Data Manager I within the Operations team at J.P. Morgan, you will play a vital role in reviewing and enhancing client data collection and verification processes. You’ll ensure the accuracy and completeness of KYC records before they reach the client-facing teams, directly contributing to efficient onboarding and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team with regular performance feedback.
- Monitor individual/team performance and address service issues effectively.
- Support client onboarding while ensuring AML and KYC requirements are met.
- Act independently to resolve challenges, using data-driven decisions.
- Drive efficiency and foster collaboration through clear communication and workflow management.
- Champion continuous process improvement and organizational change.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in managing, motivating, and coaching teams.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and operational processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AML, Compliance, Fraud, KYC, or Operational Risk.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with mainframe/PC systems.
- Prior people management experience in a financial services setup.
