About the Role:
Join JPMorgan Chase as a Loan Servicing Specialist – Operations Analyst and be part of a dynamic team driving operational excellence in our Loans group. In this role, you’ll manage loan servicing activities such as deal closing, drawdowns, repayments, rollovers, rate-fixings, and external payments, ensuring seamless financial operations and compliance with SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, accurate outputs within defined SLAs.
- Handle end-to-end loan servicing activities including funding and reconciliation.
- Liaise with internal departments, borrowers, trustees, and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
- Serve as the first point of contact for process-related queries and escalations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ months of experience in financial services with proven analytical ability.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and loan processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
