About the Role
As a Technical Support Specialist I, you will provide first-level technical support for OpenBlue Enterprise Manager, a suite of applications that optimize energy efficiency, asset performance, building maintenance, and space utilization. You will work closely with customers, branch teams, and development/DevOps teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data flow from BAS to IoT platform; identify issues such as bad or unreliable data.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer-reported incidents with a customer-centric approach.
- Log, document, and update all support interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently.
- Identify patterns in support queries and recommend process or product improvements.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical and professional skills.
- Contribute to SOPs and knowledge-base documentation for better service delivery.
Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers eligible).
- Basic understanding of:
- IoT technologies
- Python programming
- Power BI & data visualization
- Postman for API testing
- Thermodynamics & HVAC operations
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies.
