About the Role:
We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst 1 (Workday Technology Specialist) to join our JLL Technologies Centre of Expertise (CoE) in Bengaluru. In this role, you’ll design and implement Workday HCM solutions that drive efficiency, improve performance, and support JLL’s global HR systems strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Workday functional changes (HCM, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent, Performance, Onboarding).
- Manage Workday security, data flows, and process integrations.
- Design reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to enhance HR data insights.
- Support annual Workday compensation and performance processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams on integration projects.
- Ensure solutions align with JLL’s application and business roadmaps.
- Document processes, configurations, and functional changes clearly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, IT).
- Experience working with functional HR teams to deliver system enhancements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience or interest in Workday Compensation, Recruitment, Time Tracking.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as UI Path, RPA, or Power BI preferred.
