Role Overview
JLL is hiring an Analyst – Financial Management to support our Lease Administration and Financial Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work proactively within tight deadlines. If you are passionate about accuracy, compliance, and delivering exceptional client service, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal teams to source and verify lease documentation.
- Manage document workflow and ensure timely completion of team tasks.
- Abstract key financial and contractual data from leases and related documents.
- Enter, verify, and maintain information within lease/portfolio database systems.
- Cross-check lease abstracts and system records for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare cost schedules, variance reports, and compliance-based documentation.
- Review landlord invoices for adherence to lease requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve documentation and abstraction queries.
- Maintain process compliance with internal and external audit standards.
- Produce monthly and ad-hoc reports as per KPIs and reporting calendars.
Performance Objectives
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround KPIs.
- Deliver accurate database reporting as required.
- Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and strong typing speed.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- High attention to detail, ethical work approach, and adaptability.
- Innovative thinker with strong comprehension and paraphrasing skills.
- Graduate in any discipline (Law, English Hons, Political Science Hons preferred).
- 0–3 years corporate experience; real estate lease knowledge is a plus.
