About the Role:
Infosys BPM is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Process Trainees to join our dynamic BPO Service Line in Pune. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to start their careers in business process management and gain hands-on experience in client delivery and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily process targets and meet customer SLAs.
- Work in client-aligned shift timings, including night shifts (24×7).
- Execute transactions as per defined guidelines and governance standards.
- Adapt to new systems and methods to improve performance and efficiency.
Technical & Professional Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
- Knowledge of Banking, Mortgage, or Insurance domains is an advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Graduation completed (2022–2025 passouts only).
Preferred Skills:
- Data handling and analytical mindset.
- Mortgage process understanding (added advantage).
