About the Role
As a Process Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering daily process targets while meeting Customer SLAs.
- Working as per assigned client shift timings, including 24×7 rotational and night shifts.
- Following established governance mechanisms with clients.
- Executing transactions accurately and within prescribed guidelines & timelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BBA, B.Com graduates only.
- Graduation Year: 2022 to 2025 pass-outs only.
- Postgraduates (completed or pursuing) are not eligible.
- Must have completed 15 years of formal education.
- Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers welcome).
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work in business-aligned & night shifts (24×7).
- Ability to adapt to new work methods or systems.
- Knowledge of Banking, Mortgage, or Insurance domains is an added advantage.
- Prior exposure to mortgage processes is a plus.
