The role of an Associate Relationship Officer focuses on deepening relationships with rural customers and ensuring top-quality service. You will support Relationship Managers in identifying business owners and entrepreneurs, assessing loan requirements, and helping customers adopt modern banking solutions.
Your contribution will not only boost the bank’s business but also empower rural communities by providing financial access and livelihood opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Relationship Officer, your day-to-day work will include:
- Mapping household needs in villages and assigned areas.
- Conducting post-loan disbursal checks while achieving group loan booking targets.
- Evaluating client needs and driving revenue through cross-selling opportunities.
- Generating leads and opening accounts to expand rural banking penetration.
- Achieving sales goals through new business, referrals, and customer retention.
- Educating customers on digital and online banking platforms.
- Ensuring efficient loan documentation and timely data entry.
- Driving collection efficiency through discipline and monitoring.
- Conducting field audits and customer verifications for account quality.
- Staying updated on the bank’s products, services, and credit standards.
- Supporting community development initiatives and livelihood programs.

- Education:
- 12th Pass (Any Stream)
- Graduation (Mandatory, Any Stream)
- Post Graduation (Optional)
- Experience:
- 0–1 years of branch banking experience
- Freshers with interest in sales and rural banking are encouraged to apply
