Role Overview
As an Associate System Engineer at IBM, you’ll design, develop, test, and support software solutions that enable global clients to leverage hybrid cloud and AI. This role offers a chance to work on cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, validate, and enhance existing systems and solutions.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — from design to release.
- Develop creative coding solutions to improve client operations.
- Collaborate with architects and technical leaders to troubleshoot and deliver high-quality software.
Required Qualifications
- Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or IT-related branches (CSE, AIML, DS, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, IoT, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, etc.)
- Graduation Year: 2025 only.
- Minimum Score: 6 CGPA or 60% (no active backlogs).
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or Node.js.
- Knowledge of: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
