About the Role:
HP Inc. is hiring a Desktop Engineer – L1 to deliver top-tier IT support and ensure seamless desktop infrastructure performance. In this role, you’ll provide post-sales software services, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and proactively monitor systems to prevent downtime — ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized post-sales software and desktop support to local clients.
- Respond to user queries, resolve incidents, and ensure minimal service disruption.
- Perform system monitoring, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support IT operational plans and maintain compliance with HP’s IT standards.
- Collaborate with team members under supervision to resolve infrastructure issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, network connectivity, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
