The Team
We’re looking for a Junior Procurement Operations Specialist to join our procurement team in India. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, global environment. You’ll support procurement processes, vendor coordination, and operational activities to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, while maintaining accurate procurement records.
- Support vendor onboarding and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather procurement requirements.
- Track and report on procurement metrics, timelines, and delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate data in procurement systems and tools.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement, operations, or administrative support (internships/project work welcome).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa) is a plus.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Exposure to compliance and documentation standards.
- Experience working with global or cross-functional teams.
