About the Role
As a Finance Data & Analytics Analyst, you will work closely with global finance and IT teams to manage financial data, develop dashboards, and enable automation to support strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–3 years of experience who want to build a strong foundation in FP&A, business analytics, and financial modelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and organize financial and operational data from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support automation initiatives and assist in scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis.
- Document analytical processes and participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain compliance with internal and external financial regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
- 0–3 years of experience in finance or analytics.
- Strong MS Excel skills; exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau is a plus.
- Basic understanding of FP&A concepts and financial processes.
- Interest in automation, AI/ML, and emerging financial technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
