Role Overview:
Join HCLTech’s Off Campus Drive 2025 as a Graduate Trainee and kickstart your corporate journey in finance and business operations. This opportunity is ideal for B.Com / B.Com (Hons) / BBA (Finance / General) graduates from the 2024–2025 batch looking to build a solid foundation in a global IT leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update candidate databases based on eligibility and exam status.
- Coordinate candidate assessments, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Support documentation and offer release coordination.
- Liaise with banks for loan processes when required.
- Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by reporting managers.
Educational Qualification:
B.Com / B.Com (Hons) / BBA (Finance / General) — 2024 or 2025 pass-outs.
