About the Role
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be part of the end-to-end software development life cycle — from coding and debugging to testing and deployment. This role offers exposure to a wide range of technologies, frameworks, and tools, making it a perfect starting point for fresh graduates who are passionate about coding and problem-solving.
You will:
- Develop basic code using front-end or back-end technologies.
- Work with APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and external services.
- Assist in application documentation, testing, and validation.
- Gain exposure to PCI security compliance and industry standards.
- Build strong foundations in debugging, flowcharting, and application design.
What You Need
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field.
- Experience: Freshers welcome! A basic understanding of two or more modern programming languages is preferred.
- Familiarity with relational & NoSQL databases, APIs, and external services.
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in back-end technologies like Java, Python, .NET, Ruby, COBOL.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Redux.
- Hands-on exposure to Linux, Windows, or mainframe systems.
- Development tools such as Eclipse, Visual Studio, Webpack, and Babel.
- Interest in mobile development (iOS/Android) or machine learning (Python, TensorFlow, R).
