About the Role
Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Invoice to Cash (OTC). This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment, can manage daily operations with precision, and are passionate about delivering high-quality financial process support.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make collection calls and respond to customer requests via email or fax.
- Manage end-to-end cash application processes, including identifying and resolving unidentified payments.
- Perform Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR) with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes, customer queries, and escalations.
- Reconcile customer orders, validate credits/debits, and initiate collection or refund processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
- Freshers can apply
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Relevant understanding of finance or accounting processes
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Order to Cash (OTC)
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams
