Role Overview
We are seeking a Process Developer (Commercial Leasing & Lending) to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for registering lines to secure assets, ensuring compliance with filing guidelines, and supporting accurate business reporting. You’ll work on original filings, extensions, re-filings, terminations, and more through physical, e-filing, or API channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and verify details from SOS websites (recording #, date, etc.).
- Process transactions and prepare business reporting.
- Manage high transaction volumes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Update trackers, checklists, and allocation logs daily.
- Ensure 100% accuracy and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Document current and future process workflows.
- Handle daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual filing volumes efficiently.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
Preferred:
- Prior experience in Operations (freshers are also welcome).
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize deliverables in fast-paced environments.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.
