We’re hiring Process Associates – Service Desk L1 to provide world-class technical support to end-users. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Genpact’s AI-first innovation journey, helping clients solve complex challenges with smart solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support via chat and ticketing tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
- Maintain accurate logs and document resolutions.
- Offer technical guidance for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and explain technical issues in simple terms.
