Position: Management Trainee – Order to Cash (OTC)
We are inviting applications for a Management Trainee – Order to Cash, a key role responsible for contract management, revenue booking, billing, and internal audit closure across global client projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts for global clients under the OTC process.
- Execute month-end activities including revenue booking and financial reporting.
- Perform timely billing to customers and third parties.
- Ensure audit compliance and process accuracy.
- Collaborate with operations, FP&A, and business leaders to ensure smooth accounting workflows.
- Support dashboard reporting and partner management.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction
- Proven ability to manage audit and month-end closing pressures
- Enthusiastic about automation and digital transformation
Preferred:
- B.Com / CA with Oracle PA knowledge
- Prior experience in customer billing or financial project accounting
- Flexibility during critical deadlines (audit, month-end, year-end)
