About the Role:
Genpact is inviting applications for the position of Business Analyst – KYC/AML in our Financial Crime Risk Management service line. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing capability in Australia while being part of a global transformation leader in AI, automation, and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client due diligence and surveillance with complete confidentiality and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all processes and policies while delivering quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Lead or contribute to project implementations and process improvements.
- Manage and mentor teams while ensuring operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree; strong communication skills in English; ability to work independently.
- Preferred: Prior experience in Banking, KYC, AML, Financial Crime Risk Management, or Client Lifecycle Management (Onboarding, Periodic Review, Offboarding).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
