About the Role:
Gainwell Technologies is seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and Python to design and maintain dynamic dashboards, data visualizations, and analytics reports that drive business insights. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking data team focused on innovation — no PHI/PII data handling, only application development and product demos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Write Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analytics (using pandas, numpy, matplotlib).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into actionable solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and automation across all platforms.
- Maintain technical documentation and support end-users with Power BI training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
- Strong Python programming skills for data manipulation and automation.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
