About the Role
We are hiring an Associate Analyst for our Cyber Defence Center (SOC) in Bengaluru. This role is part of our 24×7 Cybersecurity Operations Center, responsible for intrusion monitoring, incident response, and advanced threat analysis. You will collaborate with IT operations and Information Security teams to protect enterprise systems and data from evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts in a 24×7 Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Provide Incident Response (IR) support for confirmed security incidents.
- Investigate vulnerabilities in software and hardware systems.
- Perform routine SOC compliance operations and health monitoring.
- Stay updated on the latest cyber threats, attack vectors, and security technologies.
- Automate SOC tasks using programming/scripting tools.
- Support security projects and collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver incident reports, daily handover notes, and performance updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT administration, or related roles.
- Knowledge of programming and scripting preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting.
