About the Role
Flex is hiring a Junior Financial Analyst (CAS) to support cost accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career finance professionals looking to gain strong industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform defined cost accounting activities efficiently and accurately.
- Track and support key cost accounting metrics as per corporate policy.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Coordinate with operations teams to analyze metric non-conformances.
- Post month-end journal entries for accruals and reclassifications in ERP systems.
- Prepare and update SOPs based on the latest processes.
- Serve as a backup for the cost accountant when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com, BBA (Finance), M.Com, or MBA (Finance) – Freshers to 2 years’ experience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and accounting principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills in daily processes.
