Job Overview
Firstsource is seeking a System Analyst with strong healthcare domain knowledge and advanced analytical skills. The ideal candidate will support data-driven decision-making, manage system requirements, execute change management, and ensure seamless operations through data organization, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile, organize, and analyze healthcare data for better management and decision-making.
- Identify trends and patterns using healthcare datasets to support operational improvements.
- Understand and apply data storage, management, and sharing methodologies.
- Support administrative and business goals using healthcare data insights.
- Gather, analyze, and document new project requirements.
- Execute change management processes effectively.
- Perform system setup, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize various data sources for in-depth analyses and reporting.
- Prepare requirement documentation and maintain detailed process documentation.
- Convert raw data into clear, usable insights for stakeholders.
- Work with EDI (ANSI/X12), XML, and databases such as SQL and Oracle (preferred).
- Proactively address issues and mitigate operational risks.
Required Skills & Proficiencies
- Strong Healthcare Domain Knowledge
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- SME experience in healthcare operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner with strong result orientation
- Experience with RDBMS (SQL/Oracle)
- Ability to seek alternative data sources
- Capability to prepare clear requirement documents
