Role Overview – Healthcare Operations Analyst
As a Healthcare Operations Analyst, you will assist healthcare clients in completing payer enrollments to ensure smooth EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions. You will play a critical role in client support, managing inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with payer and system requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage client support queues for quick resolution
- Handle inquiries from clients and insurance companies via phone/email
- Troubleshoot payer enrollment, user access, and invoice-related issues
- Assist clients with portal account management and permissions
- Ensure timely enrollment for electronic healthcare responses
- Maintain and document payer processes and procedures
- Support Operations Analysts with routine requests
- Attend training and client meetings to expand knowledge
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate Degree (or equivalent)
- 0–3 years of experience in healthcare operations or customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA, EDI, Salesforce, or X12 transactions is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
