About the Role
eClerx Financial Markets is looking for an Analyst with strong communication, analytical, and time management skills. You’ll collaborate with global teams, manage trade lifecycle processes, and support key operations within investment banking and capital markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and escalate risks while ensuring prompt issue resolution.
- Perform trade support activities—confirmation matching, pre-settlement support, reconciliations, reporting, and settlement of cash flows.
- Manage Syndicated Loans and Corporate Actions operations.
- Handle reference data management, regulatory reporting (SDR, KYC), and front/back-office reconciliations.
- Learn and work across diverse financial products: Equity, Derivatives, FX, Swaps, Bonds, and Commodities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA, M.Com, MBA, PGDM).
- 0–2 years of experience in investment banking operations.
- Solid understanding of finance, trade lifecycle, and derivatives.
- Strong logical reasoning and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and meet deadlines effectively.
