About the Role
Eaton is seeking an experienced Associate Analyst to join our Supply Chain Management team in Pune. In this role, you will handle complex invoice reconciliation activities, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects while ensuring efficient Procure-to-Pay operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex invoice reconciliation issues to clear open critical invoices.
- Conduct root cause analysis using quality tools to simplify and improve processes.
- Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations.
- Initiate and participate in continuous improvement (CI) projects for process optimization.
- Leverage MS Excel and data analysis to prioritize and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate across teams to drive corrective and proactive resolutions.
- Ensure effective supplier relationship management and negotiation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (Non-Engineering preferred, Commerce graduates ideal).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or invoice reconciliation.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI).
- Expertise in invoice reconciliation and Procure-to-Pay process.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Innovative, technology-savvy, and agile in adapting to new challenges.
