Job Description:
As an Analyst III – Infrastructure Services, you’ll be part of DXC’s infrastructure team supporting critical IT operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals looking to build a career in infrastructure support, cloud operations, and IT systems management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical support and assistance for infrastructure services.
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects and tasks to gain hands-on experience.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems under guidance.
- Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day operational needs.
- Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Learn and apply industry best practices and IT service standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
- Awareness of CompTIA A+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals is a plus.
