Role Overview
As part of the Engineering & Technology team, you’ll contribute to building reliable, scalable, and AI-enabled solutions. You will collaborate with senior engineers, apply modern development best practices, and help shape next-generation software using an AI-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, design, coding, and testing for assigned modules.
- Develop high-quality, on-time software using industry-standard processes.
- Follow development guidelines: code reviews, unit testing, coding standards.
- Support design and implementation of AI-driven solutions using LLMs, AI agents, and knowledge bases.
- Use version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines effectively.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to team discussions.
Required Qualifications
AI-First Mindset
- Approaches challenges with the question: “How can AI transform this?”
- Experience or interest in GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based systems.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.
Software Development Skills
- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
- Knowledge of C#/.NET or Java.
- Exposure to SQL Server or Oracle and basic SQL queries.
- Understanding of Git and CI/CD concepts.
