About the Role
Deloitte is hiring an enthusiastic Compensation & Benefits Associate Analyst/Analyst to join the Employee Life Cycle (ELE) team in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact (“face of ELE”) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes for India and the US, including Rewards & Recognition programs.
- Support long-term disability process and notify eligible employees on time.
- Administer reimbursement transactions such as tuition assistance, backup daycare, adoption programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure accurate processing of R&R awards and provide support on Partner Earnings & Payment System.
- Maintain high accuracy in reporting, data analysis, and SOP documentation.
- Participate in annual compensation planning and collaborate with global virtual teams.
- (For incentive-focused roles) Basic knowledge of SIA is preferred.
About the Team
The US & USI Employee Life Cycle team manages end-to-end activities from candidate application to onboarding, ensuring high service standards, timely reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of HR experience.
- Undergraduate degree (B.Com, BA, BSc, BCA) with exposure to HR or related business processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Taleo, or cloud-based HR tools.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW).
- HRSS experience in a multinational organization.
- Knowledge of process reengineering, transitions, and quality control.
Soft Skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and within virtual/global teams.
