About the Role:
Join Deloitte’s HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team as an Associate Analyst – Learning Admin and play a key role in delivering top-quality learning administration support. You’ll manage learning systems, coordinate training programs, and ensure a seamless experience for Deloitte’s global workforce.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and update Deloitte’s Learning Management System (LMS).
- Process scheduled reports and maintain delegate lists.
- Distribute digital training materials and pre-work.
- Close classes and handle post-course evaluations.
- Ensure accuracy, data protection, and adherence to service level agreements.
- Support additional learning administration processes as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and email etiquette skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in learning administration, HR operations, or customer service.
- Background in training and development is a plus.
