About the Role
As an Analyst Trainee, you will be part of Deloitte’s Technology Consulting practice, supporting global clients with innovative, technology-driven solutions. You will undergo structured training designed to build your technical and behavioral competencies, aligned with Deloitte’s world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver capabilities within Technology Consulting projects
- Understand business requirements and contribute to solution development
- Support creation of technical/functional/process documentation
- Participate in building, testing, and delivering technical solutions
- Assist in application design and technical specification creation
- Perform coding, development, and unit testing
- Develop test data, scripts, and conduct test execution
- Support infrastructure setup and operational activities
- Adhere to Deloitte’s processes, methodologies, and tools
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Graduation Year: 2025
- Minimum Score: 60% aggregate or 6.5+ CGPA
- Eligible Degrees:
- B.Tech/BE – Computer Science, IT, Allied CS, Circuit branches
- M.Tech/ME – CS, IT, 5-year integrated programs
- MCA
Note: Candidates must not have applied to Deloitte USI consulting roles in the past six months.
General Expectations
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and raise concerns proactively
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Knowledge of coding in any programming language
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Aptitude for process improvement and stakeholder collaboration
- Will be registered under the Apprenticeship Act and placed on a 1-year probation
