The Team
The Digital Excellence Centre (DEC) builds products and platforms for Deloitte India, focusing on extraordinary customer experiences through design thinking, modern development, and trailblazing technology. Our diverse team includes technology specialists, UX designers, data scientists, quality engineers, and product managers.
Role Overview – Executive (Full Stack Development)
As an Executive in the DEC team, you’ll collaborate with teams and clients to design, develop, and deliver scalable applications while exceeding expectations.
Experience: 0–2 years
Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech (Engineering background preferred)
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem-Solving
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL
- Experience with RDBMS/NoSQL Databases
- Hands-on with React.js, Node.js, FastAPI
- Cloud exposure: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Writing unit test cases (Jest, Mocha, PyTest)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Strong coding practices: reusable, testable, efficient, and secure applications
Desired Skills
- Ability to design low-latency, high-availability, performant applications
- Understanding of security best practices
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
