About the Role
Cyntexa is hiring passionate and driven Associate Software Developers to join our fast-growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and modern development frameworks to build scalable, high-quality applications.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates with strong logical thinking, coding fundamentals, and a desire to grow in the IT industry. Even if you’re new to Salesforce or ServiceNow, our 6-month hands-on training program will help you build a strong technical foundation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using industry best practices.
- Perform detailed testing and debugging to ensure performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements and build technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to improve overall software quality.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas.
- Document software designs, processes, and workflows.
- Support software deployment and integration with third-party components.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C, C++, Python, etc.).
- Familiarity with development tools (IDEs, version control, testing frameworks) is a plus.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and a passion for technology.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
