Cornerstone is looking for a highly motivated Junior Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0–6 months experience) who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world projects with cutting-edge technologies.
If you’re passionate about .NET Core, React, microservices, REST APIs, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS preferred)—and have a keen interest in AI—this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using .NET Core, C#, and React.
- Design and implement microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Build responsive, interactive user interfaces with React.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless front-end experiences.
- Leverage AWS cloud services for deployment and integration.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, with a strong interest in AI innovations.
- Participate in agile practices including sprint planning, technical reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Troubleshoot issues, contribute to code reviews, and ensure best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 0–6 months hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and React.
- Exposure to microservices and REST APIs (AWS preferred).
- Knowledge of ORM frameworks like Entity Framework/NHibernate.
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design principles (SOLID, KISS).
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, DynamoDB).
- Awareness of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- A passion for continuous learning and growth.
