Role: Business Analyst – Global Analytics
We are seeking a Business Analyst who can combine business logic and commercial insights to optimize profitability, streamline processes, and drive actionable analytics.
You will act as a key connector between Operations, Sales, Pricing, Product, and Carrier teams, ensuring accuracy of cost data, identifying opportunities, and implementing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage usage-based commercial flows, including:
- Scoping and delivering cost impact analysis
- Creating commercial recommendations
- Collaborating with stakeholders (Ops, Carrier, Routing, Deal Desk, CMT)
Perform data analysis using:
- Excel (advanced functions & modeling)
- SQL (queries & data investigation)
- Tableau BI (dashboards & visualization)
Monitor and improve cost processes, driving automation and efficiency.
Provide actionable insights, variance analysis, and anomaly detection to improve profitability.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau
Ability to work across cross-functional teams
Knowledge of commercial/cost modeling and financial impact analysis
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
