About the Role:
Computacenter is offering an exciting opportunity for freshers to join our growing FLS (Field and Logistics Services) Team as an Associate Technical Analyst. This role allows you to work with global clients, cutting-edge tools, and an experienced support team, helping you build a strong foundation in IT operations and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate tools like ServiceNow (SNOW), BMC Remedy, SAP ERP, and Blue Martini.
- Handle incoming requests, incidents, and SWAP tickets across multiple communication channels.
- Ensure adherence to SLA/OLA targets while providing high-quality service.
- Perform incident and request management including validation, monitoring, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as required.
- Maintain accurate asset data and ensure end-to-end lifecycle management.
- Support and improve Knowledge Management and internal processes.
- Collaborate in shift operations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of Change Management and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, SAP, Remedy).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
