As part of our Corporate Secretarial team, you will collaborate with some of the most accomplished professionals in the field, supporting complex fund structures and delivering award-winning services our clients rely on.
Your Role
As an Analyst – Cosec, you will:
- Perform daily client-related tasks: collecting, renaming, and storing documents, processing online signatures via DocuSign, and handling statutory filings.
- Update relevant systems and document management tools with accuracy.
- Ensure consistent and timely communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Escalate critical issues promptly to senior team members for resolution.
- Record time spent on assigned tasks, maintain trackers, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Participate in training sessions, cross-training, and process enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain high-quality deliverables and adhere to deadlines.
About You (Grade 9)
1–2 years of work experience in a similar role within the financial industry.
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Flexible, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
