About the Role:
Ciklum is seeking a Junior Compliance Analyst to join our growing India team in Chennai (Hybrid). In this role, you’ll collaborate with a global compliance and risk team, ensuring smooth background verification (BGV) processes, managing vendor communications, and supporting company-wide compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct background checks for candidates and third parties.
- Coordinate with external verification vendors and review BGV reports.
- Manage vendor payment workflows, documentation, and invoicing.
- Support compliance projects, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Skilled in creating professional presentations in Google Slides.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Quick learner with a result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in third-party due diligence.
- Knowledge of ABC, AML, and sanctions compliance.
