About the Role
As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you’ll deliver technical expertise to resolve network and product issues, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Working under the Senior Manager of Technical Support, you’ll diagnose problems, design solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ChargePoint’s charging infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and problem resolution for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network and configuration challenges.
- Collaborate with field technicians to troubleshoot installation or maintenance problems.
- Analyze logs, manage customer cases, and communicate solutions clearly and professionally.
- Develop test plans, create documentation, and identify areas for product improvement.
- Work with CRM tools like Salesforce and issue trackers such as Jira.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BCA/B.Sc/MCA/M.Sc) in a technical field.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in technical support for hardware/software.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, M2M).
- Experience with cloud platforms, CRM tools, and mobile or computing systems.
- Excellent English communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or networking (preferred).
