Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and log detailed ticket activity until resolution.
- Escalate advanced issues to Level 2 support when required.
- Assist users with business product and IT service inquiries.
- Monitor alerts and ensure quick response to maintain operational uptime.
- Update and maintain knowledge base documentation for recurring issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior service desk experience, especially handling international calls.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and Microsoft applications.
- Ability to follow troubleshooting workflows and escalate effectively.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
