Job Overview:
The Material Availability Analyst will ensure product inventory availability within defined timeframes and support supply chain efficiency through proactive supplier coordination and logistics management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison with suppliers to minimize scheduling delays and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Expedite critical orders and provide accurate delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with global purchasing teams to resolve part and shipment issues.
• Maintain real-time tracking using manufacturing application systems and logistics tools.
• Apply problem-solving methods to identify risks, assess alternatives, and recommend effective solutions.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle data and documentation accurately.
• Sound understanding of supply chain logistics and material management processes.
• Effective collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), logistics management, and supplier relations.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing application systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts (US, UK, AP).
