About the Role
Cargill is hiring a Senior Associate – Record to Report (RTR) to support critical finance operations and ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting. In this role, you will execute routine RTR processes, support audit activities, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day Record to Report activities, including journal entry processing, intercompany transactions, general ledger close, fixed asset accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with FOREX risk management, ensuring compliance with risk procedures and foreign exchange exposure guidelines.
- Maintain policy compliance, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting rules.
- Collaborate closely with business partners and customers, delivering accurate and timely financial processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve process execution, enhance internal controls, and strengthen data integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum graduation in a relevant field.
- 0–2 years of Finance or RTR experience.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, reporting processes, and compliance standards.
