About the Role:
We’re hiring Process Associates who are passionate about customer service, communication, and problem-solving. You’ll engage with international clients, handle queries efficiently, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while working on outbound US processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies, patients, or helpdesks as per process needs.
- Engage customers in professional and meaningful conversations to promote services or gather required data.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Handle objections and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to enhance call performance.
- Ensure compliance with US calling regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)
- Freshers only
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software
- Ability to work night shifts (US time zones)
- Goal-oriented, patient, and empathetic
- Open to Work from Office
