Role Overview
As part of the CSG IT Enablers team, you will provide IT infrastructure support, incident resolution, and customer service across multiple channels—voice, chat, email, and digital platforms. The role demands flexibility, analytical thinking, and a passion for technology-driven support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch technical troubleshooting and customer support.
- Handle and manage support tickets effectively.
- Ensure first-contact resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Support clients across telecom, financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors.
- Utilize Capgemini’s AI BOT “CHIP” to enhance user experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computing and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts and relocate if required.
Eligibility
- Qualification: 3-Year Diploma or Graduation (2025 passouts).
- Citizenship: Open only for Indian citizens.
- Candidates must have an active DigiLocker and Aadhar-linked mobile number at the time of application.
