About the Role:
Brilasoft is seeking a CORP-IT Analyst Development professional skilled in AWS Glue, Python, and PySpark to join our dynamic data team. The ideal candidate will develop and optimize ETL data prototypes using AWS technologies like S3, Lambda, Glue, and PySpark, ensuring smooth data integration and analytics workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ETL rules and pipelines using AWS Glue and Python.
- Work hands-on with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, SageMaker, and DynamoDB.
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data-driven projects.
- Write efficient Unix shell scripts, PySpark jobs, and MSSQL queries.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development (Tableau preferred).
- Promote an innovation-driven and agile work environment.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in Python programming for data analysis and prototyping.
- Proven project delivery experience in AWS data ecosystems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with SDLC, quality processes, and agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge of the insurance or financial services domain (preferred).
Good to Have:
- Experience with Tableau dashboard development.
- Exposure to AWS CLI, SageMaker, SQS, and DynamoDB.
- Leadership experience managing global delivery projects.
